N.Z. woman remanded
N'ZPA-Reuter Bangkok A New Zealand woman and an American man arrested in the northern Thailand town of Chiang Mai last month for alleged possesion of about 300 grammes of heroin have been remanded in custody for another week. No charge has yet been laid against Andrea Karmela Resetar, aged 25, of Mount Albert, Auckland, and Mathew Cosio, aged 22. an American living in Auckland, who had been due to appear in court on Wednesday. A New Zealand Embassy official said in Bangkok that they had been remanded at the jail for another week. The two were arrested on November 26.
