Darfield invited
Darfield is an interesting newcomer in the list of 16 teams which will take part in the Sydenham Cricket i Club’s annual Lion-spon-sored six-a-side tournament i this Sunday. A spokesman for the Sydenham club said yesterday that Sydenham regularly met Darfield in pre-season fixtures and it has been decided to invite the countryside this year. Matches begin at 10.30 ,a.m. on Sydenham Park with i the eventual winner getting a prize of $l5O and the run-ner-up $75. The losing semi-
