New office building in Chch
Th* Broadlands Ddhiihioa Group will shift it* City centre Offices to a new, $570,000 building now uhdir construction at the earner of HOrsfOrd Street And Hertford Place. Scheduled for completion near the end of 1910. the fivd-storey Office block is being built by the site’s i present owner. Atkinson and i Forbes Property DAvet lOpments, Ltd. The company will sell the i completed building, with the [present lease, to Broadlands. The building will contain more thin 1600 sq m ef [office space. Broadlands' SOuth Island administrative headquarters will be shifted to the new building, its retail operatleni will be transferred to asjother centfal-eity site.
