Vegetables
A new book on the market which provides the cook with many new and interesting recipes for vegetables of all kinds and all seasons is Fresh Vegetable cooking, edited by Tui Flower. The book is produced specifically for New Zealand conditions and gives cooking and serving hints as well as suggestions for storage and an availability chart. The recipes are simple and economical, covering both full vegetarian meal suggestions and vegetables as an accom-paniment-to meat dishes. Fresh Vegetable Cook ing will be appreciated by any cook who delights in the preparation of nutriLl?us, interesting meals.
