Midnight sittings of House?
" A Wellington The Government plans to have Parliament sit until midnight from next week until the end of the session.
The Leader of the House (Mr Thomson) gave notice in Parliament yesterday that he would move to make the sitting hours from 2.30 p.m. until midnight.
The session is expected to finish at the end of the first or second week of November, in time for the annual conference of the Commonwealth Parliament a r y Association which will be held at Wellington.
But the Deputj' Prime Minister (Mr Taiboys) said recently that Parliament might resume sitting again after the conference, which would take the session into December.
