NZPA Sydney Alumex, Inc., the large United States aluminium group, has announced that its proposed aluminium smelter in Hunter Valley. New South Wales would be bigger than originally planned and begin work earlier. The capital outlay on the smelter would be raised sAust3sM and the capacity (increased 30 per cent.
