Fletcher Holdings, limited, which has acquired Fisher and Paykel Engineering, Limited, is restructuring its mechanical engineering activities. Activities have been reorganised into the three separate areas of con-
trading, manufacturing, and servicing. The contracting unit will undertake all major new contracts, and will be headed by Mr W. J. C. Wil-1 kinson, whose title wilT change from general manager, Fletcher Mechanical, to general manager, contracting. An expanded range of products will be available from the manufacturing unit under the management of Mr: J. H. Hawke, former managing director of Fisher and Paykel Engineering, Limited.:
Servicing and maintenance work for existing and new clients will be carried out by a new servicing section under the name of Airite. The adoption of the name is to emphasise that Airite will be independent of all former contracting and sales associations with either Fisher and Paykel or Fletcher. Airite will be headed by ‘Mr M. H.
