P/i Wellington 'A senior Royal New Zealand naval officer, Captain J. (TH. Tobin, has been appointed deputy-head of the New Zealand defence liaison staff. London. .’Captain Tobin is chief of staff to the commodore Auckland. This position will! be filled by Commander I. L. S. B. Bradley, who will be granted the temporary rankvf captain. j
