Generals to meet
NZPA-Reuter Buenos Aires A rebellious Argentine Army general who refused to jbe relieved of command will ' come to Buenos Aires today to meet with the Army com-mander-in-chief who fired him. General Luciano Menendez, who had unsuccessfully called for the commander-in-chief’s resignation, will fly to the capital to meet General Roberto Viola. On Saturday General Viola ordered General Menendez to be relieved as commander-in-chief, accusing him of being too soft in tackling subversion. But General Menendez, aged 52, refused to accept the dismissal order and, rallying his supporters, moved to a non-commis-sioned officer’s school in the mountains just outside Cordoba.
