Tie mid-field player last . appeared in an England shirt I against Scotland in 1977 for i Don Revie's side, but for the Inext year had his senior I football restricted by a back ' injury. Sold by Queen’s Park Rangers to newly-promoted first division side, Crystal Palace, during the northern summer for £415,000 (SNZ900.000), his performance with Palace has been highly praised, leading to predictions he could be returned to the full England team. Also called back to the international scene in the B side named last week are F.A. Cup medallist, Brian Talbot and Alan Sunderland, of Arsenal: Mike Flanagan, of Crystal Palace; David Peach, of Southampton; and West Ham’s Phil Parkes. Youngsters getting a chance against New Zealand are Crystal Palace’s West Indian forward, Vince Hillaire; Richard Money, of Fulham; and Norwich fullback, Kevin Bond.
