Ampol, Ansett
Ampol Petroleum, Ltd, and Ansett Transport Industries, Ltd, have formalised an agreement between both companies, w’hich limits to 20 per cent the amount each company’ can hold in the other, and gives first refusal rights in the event of a sale. Ampol would have full 20 per cent voting rights under the agreement, but it had not yet sought board representation at Ansett.
