Like the Concorde, this River Rover light hovercraft has an elevon (combined elevators and aileron) control system. Independent control of the two propulsion ducts allows the craft to “bank” when turning; this greatly reduces the lateral drift. The craft is being tested on the Kali Gandoki River in West Nepal.
