Christchurch Central seat

Sir, — I wonder how much of a coincidence it was that Social Credit made big gains in the recent byelection and also was the only party with a clear antiabortion policy. have been learnt, but no, the Labour and National candidates refused to answer two basic questions on the issue and this fact was distributed by pamphlet to the: electorate. Social Credit answered the questions clearly, and got the results. Wake up Labour, before 1981. — Yours, etc., (Mrs) P. M. COOK. August 23, 1979.
