Sir, — Paragraphs four and five of column five of the article “More import controls key to more jobs?” by W. Rosenberg (“The Press,” August 24) is proof enough that the present unemployment situation is the deliberate policy of the Muldoon Government and not, as claimed by Mr Muldoon, caused by the unemployed being mindless, shiftless and workshy. At least let him be forthright enough to admit this truth. — Yours, etc.,
