Town and Country Planning Act 1977 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME APPROVED CHANGE DISTRICT Scheme Change No. 110 under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 to uplift the designation “motorway” and “sireetworks” on various properties between Waitham Road and Vincent Place, not now required for such purposes, was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1979. All the procedures required by the Act have now been completed and the Council has resolved that the Change shall come into operation on the 31st day of August, 1979.
