Further gain for Broadlands
Share prices were firmer in moderately active trading on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. Challenge Corporation traded steadily at 216 c despite announcing a higher profit and dividend. N.Z. Forest Products rose 3c ex dividend to 256 c. Broadlands gained a further 1c to 60c in active trading, and BNZ Finance firmed 2c to 160 c. The N.Z.U.C. index rose 0.39 points to a new high for the year of 348.41.
