PA Wellington , Drivers in Wellington ! went back to work yesterday after striking for 24 hours, but industry sources expect a flare-up today. Auckland and district drivers’ delegates have voted not to call a strike, but they wilt increase dis* ruption on individual jobs. In Dunedin, drivers of six transport companies have been suspended as a result of their refusal to handle certain types of work. About 230 drivers are involved in the dispute. Cargo handled by Air New Zealand is affected by the Dunedin drivers action. It has been building up at Dunedin. Airport since Thursday.
