C.P.D. expands electrical business
Cable Price Downer, Ltd, has acquired all of the shares in Giles and Elliott, Limited, for cash. Giles and Elliot manufacturers of switchboards, control centres, and trades as electrical merchant through branches in the four main centres. Its activities are compatible with, and complementary to those of other members of the Cable Price Downer group, and they will be a valuable extension of the group’s activities.
