Company wound up
An order winding up N.Z. Fund Raising Promoters, Ltd, has been made by Mr Justice Roper in the Supreme Court after the Department of Inland Revenue proved that the company had failed to pay tax of $1914, Maiko Kaputone Pahl is the sole director of the company and its principal shareholder. The Official Assignee (Mr I. A. Hansen) was appointed the provisional liquidator. Mr B. M. Sianaway appeared for the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
