Mr R. F. College, who has been appointed managing director of the Noble Lowndes Group in New Zealand, which includes its subsidiaries, Lowndes Lambert (N.Z.), Ltd, and Security Management, Ltd. Mr A. Baird, who was managing director remains on the group’s board, and will now concentrate on --e group’s interests in Northern Ireland.
