Training and development is an important activity as is the establishment of a constructive and harmonious industrial relations environment within ths staff of 150, including a supervisory team. This position is a challenging one and significant promotion opportunities exist. It would suit a senior supervisor or production superintendent looking for that No. 1 role, or perhaps a production manager who is blocked promotionally. Experience in a process type manufacturing environment is preferred. A tertiary qualification would be an advantage either degree/diplomate/certificate or equivalent.
