Commercial Fletcher and Collier farm joint-venture

PA Auckland Fletcher Real Estate, Ltd, and Collier International, Ltd, have joined forces in a trans-Tasman arrangement to share their expertise in property management consulting. Under an agreement between the principals, still subject to approval of New Zealand authorities, Fletcher Real Estate is to become Collier Fletcher, Ltd. This move has resulted from talks, held on several occasions in recent years between the two groups, aimed at funding a “joint-venture.” It opens up opportunities for Fletcher Real Estate, and some divisions of its parent, Fletcher Trust and Investment, Ltd, to develop some income from Australia, while for Collier International it offers similar scope in this country and
