3 slices of bread | cup milk 21b mincemeat | teaspoon grated nutmeg i teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground coriander 2 teaspoons salt Soak the bread in the milk and squeeze dry. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork.
