Manager buys company
PA Auckland The manager for four years of New Zealand Land Securities Management, Ltd, Mr M. J. Dixon, has bought the company, and renamed it Argus Management, Ltd, Formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of N.Z. Land Securities, Ltd, the company has been administering various property syndicates, and companies, on behalf of I investors in the Circuit . group, which collapsed nearly five years ago.
“We have some plans for expanding the present scope of operations, and investors will be kept advised of any moves we make,” said Mr Dixon, who is the managingdirector and principal shareholder of Argus.
