PA Wellington To grant remedies sought by 13 persons in connection with the Bank of New Zealand’s new building in Willis Street. Wellington, would produce an effect upon the building and the bank quite disproportionate to any benefit which might result, said the Chief Justice (Sir Ronald Davison).
i Sir Ronald, in an So-page (reserved judgment in the | Supreme Court at Wellington, declined an application for a writ seeking a declaration that the Wellington City Council and the Bank of New Zealand were required, In erecting the bank’s building, to conform to the standard conditions of the City of district planning : scheme.
