NZPA-Reuter Tokyo Japan will propose to Australia. Neyy Zealand, and the five member States of the Association of South I ast Asian Nations that they jointly launch a communications satellite to strengthen regional co-operation. a Jap anese Foreign Ministry spokesman has said The Japanese Cabinet has approved the plan put foryy ard by the Foreign Minister (Mr Sunao Sonoda), and will discuss it soon with the seven nations A.S.E.A.N.. a mainly economic grouping includes Singapore.
