Ceramco, Ltd, has issued 59,658 fully-paid ordinary shares as part consideration for the purchase of a 40 per cent interest in Rinnai New Zealand, Ltd, manufacturer and distributor of commercial, domestic and leisure, gas appliances. Rinnai also holds agencies associated with the use of L.P.G., and natural gas and is an associate of Rinnai Corporation of Japan.
