Collage sold
A four-bedroom cottage at Springfield township was sold at auction for $12,200. The cottage has a Government valuation (1974) of $7600. The auctioneer was Mr P. J. Cook, for Simes and Company Ltd. A section at Springfield, with a Government valuation (1974) of $6OOO, was sold for $7950. Two further sections were passed in.
