(1) Letters submitted for printing tn this column must not exceed 150 words They should oe written in ink or preferably typed on one side of the paper. J.M.S.—People can make up their own minds about chain letters; they can ignore them if they wish. J.A.—We have failed to find the use of this term in this newspaper. Anyway, it is neither slanderous nor defamatory. In reference to your other letter, we have already run a review of this concert. J.A.D.A.—This appears to be an old and personal dispute between you and the City Council, the airing of which would be of little help to our readers.
