Murder charge remand
PA Wellington Kevin John Boyce, aged 27, a mechanic of Waitangi, Chatham Islands, was remanded to August 6 for the taking of depositions, when charged with murder in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington yesterday. Mr W. M. Willis, S.M., declined bail. Boyce was charged with murdering Jonathon Manuel Goombes on July 1 at Waitlangi.
