Hit-and-run arrest
PA Auckland A man, aged 20, was arrested last evening and charged with manslaughter after the death of a young sailor who was knocked down by a car in Devonport. The man, who is unemployed, will appear in the North Shore Magistrate’s Court today. He was arrested and charged after being found in a house in Hillsborough
