PA New Plymouth
The Egmont Racing Club has reduced the weights for all horses in the Egmont Steeplechase at its meeting at Hawera tomorrow by 3kg-
The club’s handicapper, Mr I. T. Cox, weighed the event as a B-grade steeples which has a minimum weight of 60kg, but the club programmed the race as an A grade event.
