Schoolgirl hockey
Two Canterbury primary schoolhockey teams to play in a tournament at Ashburton on July 14 have been named. They are:—
A team: Lisa Sutherland (captain); Kathryn Millan, Sharlene Poulson. Nicola Tullett, Jenny Mee (Harewood); Karen Hawker (Hinemoa); Philippa Green, Charmaine Ashe (Rangiora); Jan Alamaster (Heaton), Raewyn Evans, Sharon Bell (Burnside); Lynette Rich, Joanne Brinkman (Woolston).
B team: Michelle Stock (captain), Jackie Mclntosh, Tania Wear, Lea Grafton (Harewood); Barbara Corbett (Rangiora); Vanita Smith (Heaton); Tracey Labrum (Burnside); Lisa Houghton, Jackie Nuttall (Hornby); Julie Kidd, Karen Pimm (Woolston).
