A total of 723,900 shares was traded on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, including 258,800 special sales. The total was 295,100 more than on Friday.
Industrial shares totalled 715,000 (426.200 on Friday), and 8900 mining and oil shares were traded (2200 on Friday). A total of 135 issues was traded.
