R. W. Saunders
R. W. Saunders, Ltd, has advised that its letter to shareholders, asking them to return their note certificates for conversion, contained an error.
The ordinary shares to be issued in replacement of the 1979 convertible notes do not qualify for dividends until the year to July 19, 1980, and the first interim dividend on these shares will, in the normal course of events, be paid in May 1980, not November 1980 as previously advised.
