Altona still growing
NZPA Melbourne Altona Petrochemical Co, which plans for a S2OOM to S3OOM expansion in Australia, continued its profitgrowth in 1978. The company, which is a ;'major competitor of ICI Australia. Ltd, in the Australian petrochemical market, increased net profit 13 per cent to SB.9M. The company paid a dividend of $4.5M to its jointowners, the Mobil and ESSO groups.
