Drug seller 'threatened'
PA Auckland A man convicted of selling and offering to supply hcroir was unable to give further information to the police, because of threats to his family, the Supreme Court at Auckland has been toid. pleaded guilty in the Magistrate s Court to two charge* selling heroin and one of offering to supply it. Mr Justice Thorp sentenced Brush to five months imprisonment, taking into account that he had already served four months on remand Counsel ; said his client was < oncerned for the welfare ■.< t his v;i f e, because of ihe threats. He said ‘he accused was drawn into the crime because of his heroin addiction.
