The Department requires a Photogrammetric Plotting Instrument Operator to under-; take mapping from aerial ’ photography. Previous experience in this work is not j essential. The successful can-; didate will be trained within the Department. Good eyesight is a necessary requirement for appointment to the post but the correction of minor sight delects by spectacles is acceptable. Ability to photographic processing/ computing or surveying field work is desirable but also not essential. Minimum educational qualifications tor appointment to the post of Technical Trainee is School Certificate in English, Mathematics and one other subject. For appointment to the post of Technician an Intermediate Certificate in Draughting, Surveying or other allied field, and/or appropriate experience will be a recommendation.

Salary, depending upon qualification and experience, will be in the range: Technical Trainee: $4386-85915 per annum. Technician: $6350-89710 per annum.
