MINERAL TECHNOLOGIST OR CHEMICAL ENGINEER Superfine Lime, a unit of AHI Minerals, is inviting applications from Mineral Technologists or Chemical Engineers for the position of Plant Superintendent, reporting to the Quarry Manager. This quarry operates at a site some 7km from Te Kuiti, and produces the most diverse range of limestone products in New Zealand, ranging from agricultural lime to fine industrial fillers. The crushing and screening plant has recently been upgraded as a part of a continuing programme of equipment renewal. This position would suit a recent graduate. Although experience in crushing and air classification is desirable, this is not essential, as on the job training will be given. The successful applicant will be given every opportunity and encouragement to work towards a Quarry Manager's Certificate.
