Naylor Love div. raised
Naylor Love Construction, Ltd, is raising its annual dividend from 12c a share to 13c a share (13 per cent) after group net profit rose 44 per cent to $186,597 in the year to March 31. Group turnover rose 6 per cent to $8,671,000, and the profit was after providing $45,850 more for tax at $151,973.
The company has maintained a good work volume during a year in which the industry generally experienced reduced activity, the directors say in the preliminary report.
The dividend will absorb $44,425, and is covered 4.5 times by the profit, excluding the preference dividend.
The dividend is payable on July 11, ex dividend on July
