NZPA London The New Zealand bowler, Phil Skoglund. finished only seventh in the singles of the annual World Masters tournament in Worthing, West Sussex, yesterday. He won a silver medal for his success. The singles title was won by the favourite, Britain’s David Bryant, for the second year in succession. He beat Scotland’s David McGill, 21-11, in the final.
