Sockburn District Community Council. .3275 cents in the dollar. Hornby District Community Council, .3995 cents in the dollar. Halsweil District Community Council, .4066 cents in thte dollar. 2— . HIGH PRESSURE WATER SUPPLY RATES AND CHARGES (A) OTHER THAN TAI TAPU Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1974, and all subsequent amendments, the following High Pressure Water Supply charges:— (a) Houses shops or commercial premises connected to unmetered supply, $26. (b; Houses, shops or commercial premises or vacant residential sections — not connected $l3. (c) Industrial preffiises—(connected for Industrial or Domestic Water Supply) (1) I.oBc per thousand of capital value of property. (2) 2.4641 c per cubic metre of water used up to the’ amount of item (1)., (3) 4.928 c per cub metre beyond ’this figure. (d) Industrial premises or Industrial land (not connected). (1) I.oBc per thousand of capital value of property. Charge entitles industry to. sprinkler system connection for fire protection purposes. (e) Houses with adjoining racing stables or commercial fowlhouses, butchers shops, fish shops and any other premises with unmetered supply of water — charge as per Item (c) Industrial premises, ■ Provided that in no case shall the charge be less than Sl3. ,B> TAI TAPU HIGH PRESSURE WATER SUPPLY CHARGES. Basic charge allows for 227.3 cubic metres, plus 26.4 c per 4.55 cubic metres used over 227.3 cubic metres. 3—

TEMPLETON SEWERAGE — UNIFORM ANNUAL CHAFGE PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974 and all amendments a uniform annual charge of S5O per dwelling unit within the Templeton Urban Drainage Area, and such other charges as fixed by resolution of the Council. 5— OTHER AUTHORITIES RATES The council will collect as directed, such rates as are made by Special Order by the the following authorities: — Christchurch Drainage Board. Christchurch Transport Board North Canterbury Catchment Board. RATES BY INSTALMENTS The above rates and charges are for the period commencing April 1. .1979, and ending March 31, 1980, and shall be due and payable at the Paparua County Office, 149 Main South Road. Soekburn, in four instalments on the following dates:— (Instalment No.. Date due and payable; date of 10 p.c, additional charge) 1— April 16. 1979, June 1, 1979 2— July 16. 1979, Sept. 1, 1979. 3— October 16> 1979. Dec. 1, 1979. 4— January 16 1980. March 1, 1980. NOTE—Any ratepayer may pay the rates for the 1979/ 80 rating year in one payment without incurring the 10 p.c, additional charge on the unpaid first instalment provided the amount of the rates for. the full year is paid no later than August 31, 1979.
