Three unions to amalgamate
PA Auckland Three Auckland trade unions — the Shop Employees, Grocers, and Butchers — have agreed in principle to ama’gamate. The shop employees’ president Mr E. Broadbent, said that the move would increase his union’s membership from abo it 10,000 to more than 13,000.
