This branch manufactures butter, casein and a range of milkpowders. The Senior Laboratory Technician will be involved in the supervision of agency grading of these products, all aspects Of quality control during the manufacture, as well as general laboratory operations including raw milk analysis and grading, water analysis and instrument maintenance. The person we seek should have the following attributes:— — Ability to supervise staff — Knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes — Appreciation of the principles of quality assurance. — Familiarity with agency grading — Ability to communicate at all levels — Genuine practical aptitude — Qualification of B.
