Boral (U.S.A.)
Boral, Ltd, on July 4, advised that Boral (U.S.A) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, had purchased a 53 per cent interest in California Tile, Inc. It now advises that the remaining 45 pet cent of the capitaf of California Tile has been acquired, and this company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Boral (U.S.A.).
