NZPA-Reuter London Crystal Palace won the English second division soccer championship and promotion to division one by beating Burnley, 2-0, in London on Friday night. A point would have put the London club up but Burnley held out until the seventy-seventh minute, when lan Walsh headed home from a cross from Vince Hilaire.
