TV PROGRAMMES I am protesting about the mediocre programmes scheduled for Saturday nights. As I consider Saturday night a special one for entertainment. 1 think the programmers for TV should consider the middle-aged group of viewers who don't go boozing and discoing. I would prefer to watch a good movie at home than waste petrol going to town. On reading the TV critic’s views on May 7. I think New Zealand productions don't qualify for Saturday night. Yours, etc, (Mrs) J.’SAXON.
