eminent,” he told the Institute of Safety Management. “There needs to be more in the way of education, more public relations between management and employee, not only at work but also away from work.” Mr Beck'said if accident prevention was tackled with this two-handed sword approach, employers would find they could produce more at less cost to themselves, to industry, and to the country.
