The Canterbury Farmer: Co-operative Association Ltd, has allotted 148.092 fully-paid shares to tht shareholders of North Otagc Farmers Co-operative Association, Ltd, in terms of the offer made on January 31 These shares will not participate in the interim dividend payable on April 30 but will otherwise rank equally, with listing shares.
