Mr L. H. Robertson, who has been elected chairman of the Life Offices’ Association of New Zealand. He succeeds Mr C. C. Hough. Mr Robertson, who was deputy chairman in 1978-79, is manager for New Zealand of the Mutual Life and Citizens’ Assurance Company, Ltd, and has been with this company all his working life. The new deputy chairman is Mr Ian Curry, manager for New Zealand of the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society, Ltd.
